Shipping Timeframe

It is important to all of us at Brow Code that you receive your order in a timely manner, and hassle-free. Orders are typically dispatched 1-3 business days from when you receive your order confirmation. The time it takes for your order to be dispatched may alter slightly during launches, sales, and holiday periods. Please note that orders containing products on backorder will not be dispatched until all products within the order are in stock.

Delivery times will vary based on where you are located. We dispatch orders from our warehouse based in Europe, United States, or Australia to ensure delivery times are kept to a minimum. At Brow Code, we use reputable and well-established fast or express delivery services.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive the tracking details for your parcel. Please keep a close eye on your tracking to ensure the safe delivery of your parcel. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes and HC Boxes.

Promotional & Holiday Delivery

Please note that the delivery of your Brow Code products may be impacted by delays during the peak period leading up to Christmas. We recommend placing your order well in advance to receive your shipment before Christmas, however, delivery time frames may be longer than advised depending on carrier schedules and transit times. 

The order cut-off date for end-of-year deliveries is December 18th, 2023. Please adhere to this date to receive your shipment before Christmas. Final delivery is subject to change based on courier handling. Peak season wait times apply.

Shipping delays may occur due to the high volume of orders, and we appreciate your understanding and patience during such times. Additionally, Brow Code will not split shipments during sale periods; all items within an order will be shipped together for efficiency.

Shipping Fees and Customs Chargers

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your country of residence. This will be displayed on your checkout screen once your address and postcode have been entered. Keep in mind that international orders outside of the United States often carry a customs or duty charge. Any international customs charges are based on your country’s regulations and compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of the order. Unfortunately, if you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Brow Code will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. Please note that we are unable to mark international orders as a gift to bypass or reduce any customs fees.
